Cell group gathering

Today come back home early after work. Had a quick dinner then rush off for cell. Did praise and worship. Felt great after that. Teaching by cell leader was ok even though din participate much in the question and answer. We did had some great food brought by one of the member. There was chocolate rum, apple crum and other pastry.

Running Log

Run 5km today. My usual 5km around my area. Run at around 10pm. It was an easy run. Trying to adopt a new running method call pose tech method. This is to heal my planta faciitis(PF). This sunday going to VM with meteor. It is the lovers challenge category. Next event with the sgrunner will be the ghosting night run. Read more in www.sgrunners.com
